Before beginning treatment at Interventional Medical Associates, we require patients to fill out a few brief forms. These allow us to analyze a patient’s medical history and pursue the most effective course of treatment. We welcome patients from Gainesville, Newberry, Alachua, and other nearby areas of north and central Florida.
