The National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC) network fully encourages patients to engage in open dialogue regarding any concerns or questions that may arise. NSPC affiliates recognize that some individuals may prefer to report or convey information in a confidential or anonymous manner without fear of retaliation. The NSPC network provides “The Patient Complaint Hotline,” an alternative method for reporting problems, issues or concerns relating to a specific affiliated location or visit.
