The Patient Portal is a secure, online service center provided by Premier Pain Centers to offer patients easier and more direct contact with our providers and office staff, and to facilitate a wide range of important administrative needs and medical requests. Patient Portal users are able to:

- Request Prescription Refills
- Send a Message to a Provider
- Send a Message to our Office
- Request a Copy of Medical Records
