The Patient Portal is a secure, online service center provided by Premier Pain Centers to offer patients easier and more direct contact with our providers and office staff, and to facilitate a wide range of important administrative needs and medical requests. Patient Portal users are able to:

  • Complete and Electronically Sign “New Patient” Registration Forms
  • Request an Appointment
  • Request Prescription Refills
  • Send a Message to a Provider
  • Send a Message to our Office
  • Request a Copy of Medical Records
  • Update Personal Information
