I was very pleased with the way I was treated. I am hearing impaired so my sister was with me and she was also pleased with everything other than the long wait to see the doctor. But I do understand that that happens because the doctor does take a lot of time with each patient which is very important. I was extremely appreciative of Dr. Li for wearing a clear facial shield so I could understand what he was saying.
