Tiffany K. Dietz, DMSc, PA-C, joined National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC) in 2018. She is committed to ensuring that every patient experience is personal, specialized, and aligned with each individual’s needs, values, and goals for regaining function. Dietz served in the United States Navy from 2004 to 2010. During her service, she was assigned to the USS Wasp (LHD-1) as part of the emergency response team for shipboard and in-port emergencies. While deployed to Kuwait, she provided support at several forward operating bases for joint forces. She was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for her contributions during Hurricane Katrina relief efforts and for her duties while assigned to the Naval Branch Health Clinic Mid-South in Tennessee. After completing her military service, Dietz earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Old Dominion University in 2013 and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017. She later obtained her Doctorate of Medical Science degree from Shenandoah University in 2024 and published her first scientific article, “Long COVID management: a mini review of current recommendations and underutilized modalities,” in the journal Frontiers in Medicine. Dietz is board certified and re-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Dietz strongly believes in open, clear communication as the foundation of the patient-provider relationship, ensuring she fully understands each patient’s hopes, challenges, and expectations. “When patients entrust me to be their provider, we become part of a healthcare team together—and the patient is the most valuable member.”
