Sharon R. Simon, DNP, FNP-C, CNE, earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University, her Master of Science from Georgetown University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from The Ohio State University. An Army Veteran, she brings 28 years of experience in healthcare leadership, clinical practice, academic instruction, and health technology. Philosophy of Care: Sharon believes in engaging patients as active partners in their health—prioritizing prevention, wellness, and informed decision-making. She is committed to developing strong healthcare teams through student clinical education and collaborative patient care. She also works to advance the nursing profession through high-quality care, advocacy, educational partnerships, and participation in health policy initiatives.
