J. Alena Noel, PA-C, is a proud “Double Duke,” having earned both her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Biology and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University. She brings a diverse clinical background to her practice, with experience in gastroenterology, geriatric primary care, and orthopedics. Alena finds her orthopedic experience especially valuable when helping patients navigate their pain concerns. She is passionate about developing personalized, multi-modal treatment plans that empower patients to reach their goals, improve their function, and enhance their overall quality of life.
