Hannah Sisti

Hannah Sisti, PA-C, has worked in the field of pain management since 2021 and also brings additional experience in Primary Care and Addiction Medicine. This diverse clinical background allows her to approach patient care with a comprehensive understanding of the physical, emotional, and behavioral factors that influence pain. Hannah appreciates the unique challenges of pain medicine and takes pride in educating and empowering patients to better understand their diagnoses and treatment options. She is committed to developing individualized, evidence-based care plans that promote improved function, meaningful pain relief, and long-term wellness. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys baking,especially sourdough and cookies, and spending time outdoors.
