Donya Marandi

Donya Marandi, FNP-BC, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Before moving to Richmond, she worked with a high-volume neurosurgery group in Nashville, TN, where she gained extensive experience caring for patients with complex spine and neurological conditions. Her work in neurosurgery strengthened her clinical expertise and deepened her appreciation for the connection between precise diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and meaningful improvements in patients’ daily functioning. Donya brings this background to interventional pain management, where she focuses on helping patients navigate chronic spine-related pain with clarity, confidence, and individualized care plans. She is committed to supporting her patients through a balanced, whole-person approach that integrates education, collaboration, and compassionate guidance. Outside of the clinic, Donya enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and exploring creative projects and crafts, activities that reflect the same curiosity and hands-on energy she brings to her clinical practice.
