Dr. Kendall joined National Spine & Pain Centers in 2004 after completing a fellowship in interventional pain management at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He serves on the National Physician Advisory Board for Advanced Bionics as a thought leader on best practices for spinal cord stimulation (SCS) technology in clinical medicine. I'm a bone cancer patient, who has endured many, many months of extreme hip and leg pain that was attributed to both the cancer in my left hip and radiation side effects. No amount of pain medication or PT has provided any relief. Recently, MRIs ordered by my oncologist have revealed that I also suffer from severe […] and he subsequently referred me to Dr. Kendall for evaluation. When I arrived on Thursday, the […], I could barely walk from my car to his office for the pain. I received an Epidural Steroid Injection in my lumbar region, with two to follow at a couple of weeks intervals. I immediately felt the benefits the next day and for the first time in a very long time, I was able to move about without disabling pain. It's a life-changing outcome and I can't thank Dr. Kendall and his wonderful staff enough for their excellent care, personal attention, and support.
