I highly respect Dr Shalmi for his knowledge demeanor compassion and friendliness however I'm not too please with the front desk I think the secretary can used some coaching about compassion and friendliness towards the patient. She's always showing how stressful the job is so it's affecting the front area of the office. Addressing proper greeting to patient is also lacking. It's making the visit very uncomfortable. However the nurses are a different story. They are nice and very respectful. I wish this issues I mentioned here should be addressed to the front desk area.
