All the staff (from the ladies at the front desk to the nurse practitioner to the medical assistants to the doctors (or atleast the doctor who I have been seeing/working with-- but I am confident the other doctors would be just as kind, caring, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented for deciding which treatments/procedures might be the most effective for each individual patient based on their individual case, problems, pain levels, medical history, etc.). Everyone is just very pleasant and cheerful and more than happy to help you from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you finish your appointment and walk out the door. Also, it is very helpful that after every treatment/procedure, you have a follow-up appointment to discuss whether the treatment gave you any relief and was effective or not and your symptoms, concerns, any follow-up questions, etc. They are all more than willing to fully answer any questions that you may have about your treatment to the best of their ability and are very willing to collaborate with the patient (at least in my experience) on figuring out a plan of action for how to solve/treat/ reduce their pain so that all the patients can get back to their "normal" lives and "regular" schedules and routines without having to suffer as much, or hopefully, at all-- but even to be reducing the pain somewhat helps to make it more tolerable in everyday life and in conjunction with physical therapy and other activities.
