Thank you for asking. I felt the office is well run and the people organized and well informed. It was obvious my arrival was expected and my room was set up and ready to receive me. And I was thanked for being early which made me feel that my effort to not keep you waiting was appreciated. I was seen promptly by the nurse taking care of me and by the doctor. I felt at ease before the procedure even though I didn't know quite what to expect.
