Allison Garstecki

Allison Garstecki, PA-C, is a lifelong resident of coastal Alabama and has always loved being part of the community she now serves. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, where she majored in Biology. In 2012, she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Alabama. Allison brings over 13 years of experience in interventional pain management. She is passionate about developing specialized, multimodal treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Allison finds great fulfillment in helping individuals reduce pain, regain mobility, and return to more active, meaningful lifestyles. Her approach emphasizes compassionate care, patient education, and evidence-based treatments that support long-term wellness and restored function.
