You always take time to listen and connect with your patients. Your doctors always listen to me and never make me feel like I am not "heard" in my pain scales. It is hard to find a good staff and doctors who listen and advocate for you and your care when you are in daily pain and constantly uncomfortable and will never know normal again. This staff is kind and compassionate and fights for their patients. I always feel heard and cared for and taken seriously.
