Doug Badertscher

President (Administrative)

Mr. Badertscher has more than 25 years of experience in providing financial, business, and practice management services to hospitals, surgery centers, ancillary healthcare providers, physician groups and individual physicians. Mr. Badertscher has held senior level management and board positions industry wide, and with multiple Private Equity Firms invested in the Healthcare sector.

He has held senior level positions as the CEO of Sarasota Orthopedic Associates/360 Orthopedics, SVP for Signet Diagnostic Imaging Services, SVP for Radisphere, CEO of Midtown Imaging, CEO of Coastal Orthopedics, and CEO/COO of Integrated Orthopaedics Inc.

Badertscher was the President and COO of Pendulum Practice Management Company, where he co-founded the second generation affiliation model, which has been widely regarded by both physicians and Wall Street as the most successful model for physician consolidation. He has also served as a consolidation and acquisition consultant for leading hospitals, PPMC’s, physician groups, IPA’s and MSO’s. He has been appointed as the Chief Restructuring Officer by the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Tampa to handle the successful turn around and subsequent sale of a troubled statewide healthcare company. Mr. Badertscher was educated at Ouachita Baptist University where he earned a B.A. in Psychology.
