Our History

Advanced Medical Group (AMG) was founded in April 2015 as a way to give patients dealing with chronic and acute pain a growing number of medical options including injections, ablation, spinal cord stimulators and platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments. AMG advocates non-opioid therapy for the treatment of pain and focuses on interventions that will reduce pain and improve function and quality of life.

At AMG we specialize in diagnosis and treatment of degenerative and painful spinal conditions such as degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis and spinal pain after surgery.

AMG offers a comprehensive range of innovative technologies and regenerative therapies to help the chronic and acute pain. Some include:

• Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) uses a concentration of your own natural platelets and growth factors to facilitate healing and regeneration of injured tissues.
• Providers also use injections as a great tool for relieving pain including trigger point to help reduce knotted or tight areas of muscle just under the skin, facet joint aimed at small joints located between each vertebra and sacroiliac (SI) joint designed to help the lower back, buttocks, growing, and legs.
• Medial Branch Blocks are designed to interrupt pain signals sent from the medial branch nerves which supply the facet joint.
